Grate garlic, ginger, and hard cheeses with this lovely ceramic dish. Just rub your garlic against the ridges and it creates a paste. I like to add oil and vinegar to mine and use it as a bread dipping dish! We've also included our herb stripper holes to separate the stems and leaves from whatever you pull through them. Lastly, our standard spoon rest lip has been added as well.
The perfect multipurpose addition to any kitchen!
Dishwasher and microwave safe. Thrown with stoneware clay and glazed with food-safe and lead-free glazes. The bottom is sanded to protect any tabletops.
